Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Computer Copilot LLC for your use of Assistivo. By creating an account or using Assistivo, you agree to them and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you use Assistivo for a company or team, you agree for it, and you confirm you can.

Your account

Keep your password private and your account information accurate. You're responsible for what happens in your account. Owners of an organization decide who's on their team and what they can do.

Your content

Your recordings, notes, clients, and other content stay yours. You give Assistivo permission to store and process them only to provide Assistivo to you and your team, including through the providers named in the Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for having the right to record and upload your content, including telling the people you record and getting any consent the law requires.

AI results

Assistivo's transcripts, summaries, answers, and drafts are written by AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Assistivo shows where its answers come from; check anything important, such as amounts, dates, and commitments, before you rely on it or send it. Assistivo never sends messages for you.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Assistivo to record people secretly or unlawfully, to harass anyone, or to discriminate, including in violation of fair housing laws.
• Don't try to get into other people's accounts or information, disrupt Assistivo, or misuse its AI features.
• Don't use Assistivo for anything illegal.

Plans and payment

During early access Assistivo is free, and nobody loses access by not paying.

Paid plans are monthly, for a whole organization. An owner or admin buys one on the Assistivo website, in Settings → Plan & usage, which shows the price before you pay; payment is by card through Stripe. The iPhone and Mac apps don't sell plans.

Starter comes with a 14-day free trial, once per organization. You enter a card to start it, and you're charged the Starter price when the trial ends unless you cancel in Manage billing before then. Cancel during the trial and you're not charged.

A plan renews every month until it's canceled. Owners and admins can change plans, update the card, see invoices, and cancel anytime in Manage billing. When you switch plans, Stripe adjusts the next bill for the part of the month already paid. A canceled plan lasts until the end of the month already paid, then the organization goes back to the free plan. If a payment fails, Stripe tries again, and Assistivo keeps working meanwhile. When an organization is deleted with its last account, its plan is canceled at once.

Ending your use

You can stop using Assistivo and delete your account at any time in Settings. Assistivo may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after notice when practical.

Disclaimers and liability

Assistivo is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Assistivo isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on AI results, and its total responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid for Assistivo in the 12 months before the claim.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. If they change in a way that matters, Assistivo will tell you in the app first. Questions: info@computercopilot.com.
