Common questions
- Delete your account: Settings → Delete account on the web, or the account menu → Delete account… on your iPhone.
- Turn off AI services or AI personalization: Settings on the web, or the account menu on your iPhone.
- See or delete what Assistivo remembers: Settings → About you and AI personalization.
- Change or cancel a paid plan: Settings → Plan & usage → Manage billing, on the web. Owners and admins can do this.
- Recording with your screen locked: on the iPhone, Assistivo keeps recording when you lock the phone or put it in your pocket, and iOS shows the microphone indicator the whole time.
- Before you record: tell everyone you're recording. In some states, everyone has to agree.
